Gosh, Babe, vegeta is bad! It's high in MSG. I think overall you will benefit from little less processed foods in your diet. Been there. Also have endometriosis, also conceived through IVF, also I'm eastern European ( hence the knowledge of vegeta)! To add to that I am a food scientist specialising in dairy. All the fat free dairy protein based yogurts and drinks with sweeteners are doing NO favours to your endometriosis and overall health. They are really processed, largely based on various reconstituted milk protein fractions that undergone a lot of ultra high temp treatment. Go for strained, greek style/skyr yogs with no added sweeteners. If a yogurt doesn't mention added protein concentrates it means it was only strained. This way a lot closer to what our gut recognises as dairy protein. From your shopping hauls it seems that you buy a lot of processed foods thinking they are actually quite healthy. Not the case Babe! Again - been there! Learn to make better choices. You do have a great cook in you! You just need to keep going and exploring whole foods! ❤ All the best!

rachel i'm in the exact same boat as you right now in regards to pregnancy weight gain/body image & YES my cellulite has also doubled! i'm 11 weeks right now and have also gained 10 lbs already... & also a big gym girlie .. it's hard but at the same time, so grateful for this baby

Hi Rachel, if you don’t mind, I have some tips for dog training that may help: - for dogs in general (their age doesn’t matter) it’s easier to learn new things when at home with no distractions at all. But just because he comes when called at home, it’s not the same for him if call him while in your backyard. Because of the distractions there ( it may just the sound of the wind) it’s harder for him to focus on you. If he can’t do that outside, make the distance shorter for him to get to you, so you set him up for success. With each successful practiced step he will learn more quickly. If you change the surroundings you have to go a few steps in training. He is not stubborn. It’s just normal for any dog. Just make it easier for him when he struggling with commands and he will get there. But I understand that can be frustrating at times. - training with treats is a good idea. But as he is still very young, it’s also normal that he has still problems to generalize the commands. It takes at least one year of constant training for the dog to get really secure with the commands. With using treats you make sure that you are more interesting for him than e.g. the falling leave over there 🙂 If treats don’t work try to switch them up. Maybe try cheese if he likes it. Keep special high value treats for more difficult situations. Then over time you can just treat every 2nd or 3rd time and you can phase them out slowly over time. - I have 3 dogs (9, 8 and 1.5 years old) and I am definitely no expert. We have still room for improvement with our dogs but I noticed that positive dog training methods work a lot better the other methods out there (at least for us). I love the training videos of @zakgeorge on UA-cam. They are very helpful and motivating 😊 I wish you a lot of fun and success with your training ❤

Vinny probably feels insecure in your home now. Part of how cats claim their territory is through scent and marking (scratching). You guys have very few cat scratchers/furniture for her from what we can see, and now her only other scent marker (the litter box) is literally outside of the house.
